Andrew Won heads Capstone's business practice. Andy received his law degree from
the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1987, and his undergraduate
degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1983. While attending
law school, Andy also studied at the Wharton School of Business at the
University of Pennsylvania.

Andy specializes in corporate and intellectual property transactions
and his clients range from early-stage startups to established technology companies
and venture capital firms.
Andy has helped launch a number of successful startups, and has helped these companies
secure venture capital financing and close important business deals necessary for their
continued growth and success.

He has also helped arrange and close merger transactions for a number of his clients.
He has also formed venture capital funds.

Andy assists Capstone's clients with both legal and business matters, and gets great
satisfaction from watching them succeed. He is deeply committed to Capstone's clients,
and tries to add value and bring business opportunities to them in addition to providing
first rate legal services in a timely and cost effective manner.
