Brian Irion heads Capstone's litigation practice. He received both his bachelor's degree and law degree from the University of California, Davis in 1982 and 1985, respectively.

Brian specializes in intellectual property, corporate governance, employment, real property and general commercial litigation, and has taken a number of cases to trial. Brian also counsels our clients on avoiding litigation and minimizing litigation risks.

Brian is also an accomplished author and lecturer and was the recipient of the 1997 Community Service Award from the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for his work in employment rights of the disabled.
