Capstone Law Group LLP was founded in January, 1999 by Andrew Won and Brian Irion, two lawyers who became friends and professional colleagues while practicing law at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, one of Silicon Valley's leading law firms.

Capstone's mission when formed was to provide first-rate legal services to established and emerging Silicon Valley-based businesses in a cost-effective and responsive manner. Because we primarily represent early-stage startup companies, we understand the importance of timely responding to a myriad of legal and non-legal issues. We understand the cash constraints and the importance of quickly closing funding rounds. In short, as a small business ourselves, we understand that good service which isn't timely isn't good service.

Andy and Brian have been joined at Capstone by several other lawyers and talented support staff who share their passion for satisfying the demanding legal and business needs of dynamic and fast growing Silicon Valley-based businesses. In keeping with Capstone's mission, every Capstone lawyer is a graduate of a first-tier law school and has received training at well-regarded, large law firms.

Capstone has launched a number of promising startup companies, and has successfully represented established companies, startups and high net worth individuals in a variety of sophisticated business transactions and litigation matters.
